How is pike-perch cooked in Polish? The recipe suggests starting with cooking vegetables. In a saucepan with water, put onions, carrots, sliced into mugs, parsley root, pepper and salt. Cook after boiling water for 20 minutes. Then place the portioned fish in the bowl and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Pike perch should become soft. Remove the fish from the broth and allow to cool. Melt butter, mix with lemon juice, chopped eggs and greens. Pour the pike-perch with this mixture and serve it to the table.

The second recipe requires the following set of products:

  • Pike-perch in quantity of 1 pc .;
  • Leeks in quantity of 1 pc .;
  • Celery in the number of 2 stems;
  • Carrots - 1 small;
  • Several medium-sized potatoes (3-4);
  • Half a lemon fresh;
  • A few (4-5) spoons of sour cream;
  • Vegetable oil of 30 ml;
  • Horseradish in the amount of 1 spoon (dining room);
  • Ground pepper, salt.

How is pike-perch cooked in Polish? The recipe is suitable for cooking in the oven. To start, cover the baking sheet with paper, oil it. Rinse the potatoes and cut into halves. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes (temperature - 180 degrees). Mix sour cream with horseradish, sprinkle a little and add pepper. Carrots, celery and leeks cut into thin strips. Mix the foods. Pike perch, cut off the head and remove the ridge. Filet the fillets with lemon juice, season and sprinkle with pepper. Lay the vegetables on the fish and roll a few rolls. You can leave pieces as is, that is, simply lay them on top of baked potatoes. On the fish should be placed vegetables and pour sauce out of horseradish and sour cream. Technology of preparation
