Children who did not study well or simply did not do it, and also had bad behavior and lack of discipline, were frightened that they would remain without this document.

For what reasons can a person not have this document? The most common is loss. And in this case, not everyone can restore it. Also, the student could be seriously ill at the time of training, move from place to place or become a victim of prejudiced teachers. What to do in such situations?
