It is enough to take a small handful.

How to cook

First of all, soak the beans in cool water and leave for at least 10 hours. After the specified time, it is placed in a saucepan, without draining the liquid, add a little more water, salt and cook for forty minutes. It is important to reduce the heat after boiling. At this stage, a bay leaf and a couple of black peas are added to the pan.

While the bean is brewed, it is necessary to cut the pepper and carrots into small cubes and send them to the soup without potatoes.
