Culinary talents of his wife husbands appreciate not less, and maybe even more than her appearance. What man can resist the delicate stuffed pancakes, rich borscht, juicy and soft cutlets? What spouse does not want to pamper his faithful, having cooked a roast at home, stuffed fish or jellied? Of course, the modern rhythm of life leaves its imprint, and the hostesses try to prepare those dishes, which need to spend a minimum of time. Therefore, the roast at home is an ideal option for a family dinner. It is prepared simply and quickly, while it turns out very tasty and satisfying.

It will require meat cut, potatoes, spices salt and onions. Meat cut into pieces of 4-5 cm, salt and fry in a pan until half-ready. When the pieces become browned, they are transferred to heat-resistant dishes. Potatoes and onions are cleaned and cut into large pieces (4-6 pieces) and transferred to meat. All mixed, add there mayonnaise, salt and spices and put baked in a preheated oven for 40-60 minutes. When the clear juice is extracted from the meat, and the potatoes become soft, the roast is home-ready.

The recipe can be slightly changed by adding vegetables to it.

To cook the roast at home in the oven with vegetables, you need to clear a kilogram of potatoes, one carrot and an onion. To taste, you can add zucchini, eggplant or beet. All cut into cubes. Vegetables are transferred into a skillet and fried in vegetable oil until half cooked. Five minutes before the end, you need to add peeled and diced mushrooms. Meat without bones cut into small pieces of 3-4 cm and also fry.

All ingredients are laid in layers in heat-resistant dishes - vegetables, then meat, again vegetables. Top with sauce. For its preparation, peel Bulgarian pepper, onions and carrots and all finely chopped (you can in a blender), add salt, a tablespoon of tomato paste and a little water. You can throw for the aroma of spices or a couple of cloves of chopped garlic. All the stew in the pan for 3-5 minutes and pour sauce prepared vegetables and meat. Roast put in the oven and keep it there until cooked. Before serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.

For a festive table, frying home in pots is perfect. Meat can be taken any, but lean pork or beef is best suited. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into large cubes, then fry in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes. Onions are cleaned, finely chopped and fried in a separate pan. Carrots of medium size are cut into thin rings. Mushrooms washed, fresh cut into cubes and boiled for 10 minutes. The meat is washed, cut into small pieces and fried a little, so that it has an appetizing crust. When all the ingredients are prepared, the products are laid out in pots, pre-lubricated with butter. From below comes a layer of potatoes, then a layer of meat, a layer of mushrooms, onions - and at the end a small handful of carrots. From above in each pot put a tablespoon of tomato paste and sour cream and a half of bay leaf. Salt, pepper and pour the remains of the mushroom broth. Pots put in the oven for half an hour, and before serving sprinkle with herbs.
