Lancia Delta - six-time winner of the Cup of Designers WRC

The first generation Lancia Delta was published in 1979, and ceased to exist in 1994, when the hatchback was removed from production. The second generation Lancia Delta was produced from 1993 to 1999. She did not enjoy the same popularity and little was remembered. Sports success with the novelty was not, and to the former results was very far. The financial problems with which the Italians collided at the time, did not allow the release of another, third, generation. Only in nine years FIAT decided to create the next version.

Dimensions

The Delta is a fairly large hatchback with a length of 4509 mm, a width of 1,797 mm and a height of 1,499 mm. The wheelbase of the car is 2700 mm. It is built on the same platform as Alfa Romeo.
