Salad dressings at home

Their main ingredients are vegetable oil, salt, vinegar, and to add flavor, spices are usually added, but you need to do it very carefully, dosing them in small portions so that they only enhance the taste of the salad. The main thing is not to overdo it. And yet, since we are accustomed to the all-loving and popular mayonnaise, which is sold in stores, do not forget, the best replacement for it is a salad dressing, the recipes of which are given below.

Salad dressing "Yogurt"

Prepare 150 grams of natural yogurt, three tablespoons of olive oil, one and a half tablespoons of balsamic vinegar , one or two cloves of garlic, one or two teaspoons of mustard, one teaspoon of honey, spices to your liking.

Stir the vinegar with honey, butter, herbs, pepper, add the chopped garlic (passed through the press), mustard and yogurt. Stir well or whisk with a blender. Salt to taste.

Dressing salad "Lime spicy"

To make such a filling, you need one lime, 40 grams of ginger, two or three teaspoons of honey, six tablespoons of olive oil, 30 ml of plain water.

Remove the peel from the lime, wring out the juice and remove the pulp. Then grate the ginger on a small grater and add olive oil. Then dilute the honey in the water. Now connect all the ingredients, put on a small fire and warm, stirring.

Salad dressing from avocado

Take one avocado, one second of the lemon, two tablespoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, pepper and salt to your liking.

Cut the avocado into two parts, with a spoon, remove the flesh. Put into a blender, add lemon juice, butter, pepper, salt and whisk it all up well.

Nut stuffing to meat salads

It will take one third of a glass of walnuts, five to seven branches of fresh parsley, five to seven twigs of cilantro, two cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of hops-suneli, two tablespoons of mayonnaise or natural yogurt, salt.

Crush and chop the nuts, fold them into the blender together with fresh herbs, mayonnaise and seasoning, then whisk as best as possible, lightly season with salt. This dressing will suit a salad with beets boiled. Nut salad dressings will be an excellent addition to any salad, where the main ingredient is meat.

Cottage cheese dressing for salads from vegetables boiled and to meat salads

It is necessary to take 100 grams of fat cottage cheese, one spoon of creamy cream, fresh parsley and dill greens, one teaspoon of lemon juice.

Grind the greens in a blender. Fold it in a mortar, add salt and crush until a paste is formed. Beat cottage cheese in such a mass, while adding lemon juice and cream, combine with greens and again whisk thoroughly. If the dressing is too thick, dilute it with cream.

Mayonnaise with horseradish
It takes 70-100 grams of horseradish root, one glass of homemade mayonnaise.

Grate the horseradish, scald it with boiling water and chill. Add grated horseradish to mayonnaise and mix well. Salad dressings with the use of mayonnaise perfectly complement the cold dishes of fish, boiled meat, jellies.

Mustard refueling
For such a refueling, take one glass of vegetable oil, two egg yolks, one tablespoon of mustard, one second of a glass of vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper ground black.

Rice the mustard, raw yolks, sugar and salt until smooth. Pour in a thin trickle, stirring the mass, vegetable oil (the subsequent portion of the oil is poured after the emulsified the previous one). Dilute this mixture with vinegar, add the pepper and stir well.

Remember, salad dressings, prepared by yourself, contain only natural ingredients, and you do not have to worry about your health.
