First you need to cut the garlic. You do not need to mellow the thin plates. They are fried in hot olive oil. As soon as the garlic is roasted, it is transferred from the pan to any bowl, and chopped onion is launched into the oil, into which then cut tomatoes are also taken (previously they need to remove all the skin). The mixture, which is in a frying pan, is seasoned with pepper, salt, chopped basil. Add 1 spoon of creamy, softened butter. As soon as more than half of the water is boiled out of tomatoes, immediately sour cream is poured, and the whole mass is brought to a boil. And now, the sauce can already be served to pasta.

"Vegetable"

Vegetarians will definitely appreciate the vegetable pasta sauce. For him, tomatoes (400 g), bulbs, Bulgarian pepper, tomato paste, celery, zucchini or squash, olive oil, pumpkin, water and a few spices and fragrant herbs (black pepper, basil, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic and thyme) are needed.

On a hot fire roast all the vegetables, which are neatly cut into small cubes. After closing the lid of the pan or frying pan, the mixture is stewed over a small fire. Occasionally, the contents should be stirred and if necessary add pure water. Once all the vegetables have reached their full capacity, tomato paste and all seasonings are added to the sauce.

Cheese

Most gourmets prefer to eat pasta with cheese. Improve this dish by preparing a special cheese sauce for pasta. It will require:

  1. Flour - 2 tablespoons,
  2. Milk - 1 glass,

For its implementation, you need to prepare olive oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes without skin, 1 orange (separately juice and chopped peel), olives, basil, chopped, and salt with pepper.

Everything is prepared very simply. In the heated oil, put a bulb and garlic on a frying pan. Here, tomatoes are added, which are stewed for about 10 minutes. By the end of the mixture add juice and zest of citrus fruit, olives, as well as all seasonings.

"Lactic"

Very fast and simple is a dairy sauce for pasta. Ingredients need a little: butter, flour, milk and salt. In incandescent oil put the flour and fry for 3 minutes until it turns golden. Then milk is poured into it. About a half cup. Be sure to mix everything thoroughly to make a beautiful and homogeneous mass without a single lump. As soon as the sauce boils, it is salted, hindered, and, behold, it is ready already to serve on the table.

Any dinner or lunch will be much tastier and more luxurious if the pasta is served under one of the suggested sauces.
