Aubergines in batter - this is one of the most popular dishes. To make it, you need to take one eggplant of medium size, 50 grams of any cheese, one egg, 50 milliliters of milk, a quarter of a glass of flour, garlic (two cloves), pepper, salt and vegetable oil.

First of all, we clean the eggplants from the peel and cut them with circles of medium thickness (about 5 millimeters). Then sprinkle them with salt and leave for a while. In the meantime, you need to cook the dessert. To do this, rub two-thirds of all the cheese on the grater. The egg is beaten, we add milk, cheese, flour, pepper and garlic squeezed through the press. All components are well mixed, so that there are no lumps. Next, dip each piece of eggplant in the batter and put it on the heated frying pan. Pre-pour it vegetable oil. It is necessary to fry the circles on each side. Eggplants in batter are almost ready. The final touch will be grated cheese, which we sprinkle with fried eggplant slices. Serve this dish with sour-garlic or any other sauce.

Then add salt and granulated sugar. After another 20 minutes, pour in the vinegar. Ready-made eggplants are mixed and put into cans, which must be prepared in advance. We roll the cans with lids and put them in a cool place after full cooling.

To eggplants did not have a bitter aftertaste, they must be sprinkled with salt in advance and left for a while. Then you can begin to implement the next recipe.
