  • 250 g of sour cream;
  • A glass of sugar;

  • Vinegar (to quench soda);
  • One tsp. Vanilla (vanilla sugar).

So, cottage cheese casserole: a recipe. Classical casserole should be lush and delicate. To do this, cottage cheese should be wiped through a sieve. You can also twist it with the help of a meat grinder. After preparing the cottage cheese, we take four eggs, we separate the yolks from the proteins. We leave the fifth egg to grease the dish.   • 500 g of cottage cheese;

  • A condensed milk bank;

  • sunflower oil;
  • Vanillin and cinnamon.

As usual, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. The form used for baking is lubricated with oil. Ready dough poured, put in a hot oven for an hour. After an hour, check with a toothpick, if the casserole is ready. If so, then cool it. Before serving, baking can be sprinkled for aesthetic appearance with powdered sugar.

Bananas and apples are cut into cubes. We take the proteins, whisk, combine gently with a mass of cottage cheese and fruit. All again, gently stir. We put the dough into a mold previously sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Cover the casserole from above with apple slices. Bake the dish for 40 minutes.

Ah, this inimitable curd casserole with condensed milk! This recipe is for those who are more friendly with smart home appliances, in this case with a multivar. We take:

  • 0,5 kg of cottage cheese;
  • 100 ml of condensed milk;
  • three eggs;
  • Half of st. Manki;
  • Cinnamon and vanillin.

First of all, we separate the yolks from proteins. The latter beat, add vanillin and cinnamon to taste. Very gently stir. In the cottage cheese pour the yolks and with a whisk slightly beat.

Cream softened butter mixed with cottage cheese and condensed milk. Mass a little podsalivaem. We mix everything up to homogeneity. We put the dough aside.

Turn on the program "Baking" for 60 minutes. We thoroughly lubricate the bowl of the multivark oil. Before laying out the dough, the device must be heated.
