Step 2. What are the next steps? 1/3 of the protein is added to the dishes with yolks. A couple of times we sift the flour. Pour it on the yolks. We mix it well. We add the remaining proteins. Mix again. We got a dough, from which we will make a cake with plums.

Step number 3. Let's take a baking dish, the bottom of which is lubricated with oil and sprinkled with flour. We fill the capacity by 2/3 with the test.

Step # 4. Preheat the oven by setting the temperature at 180 ° C. We send the future cake to it. We mark 30-35 minutes. Ready-made sponge cake should be carefully pulled out of their shapes and cooled.

Step number 5. Let's start decorating the dessert. We wash the plums with tap water. We extract bones. We cut the fruits into halves. Fold in a small pot. We fall asleep with sugar (2 tablespoons), cinnamon (at the tip of the knife) and cloves (ground). We put the pan together with the contents on the stove. Stew fruits by setting a minimum fire. This process will take 10-15 minutes. The resulting syrup should be poured into a bowl and cooled.

  • Wheat flour - glass;
  • 200-250 g of plum jam;
  • Vanilla sugar - a sachet;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • A piece of butter;

For chocolate:

  • Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. L .;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • 60 g of oil;
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp. L.


1. Let's start with the eggs. We break them into a bowl. There we pour two kinds of sugar - vanilla and ordinary. Mix all these ingredients with a mixer, setting the maximum speed. The process will take about 6 minutes. During this time, the mass should increase substantially in volume.

2. Add the flour to the egg-sugar mixture. Stir with a spoon.

3. Turn on the multivark. The bottom of the bowl must be oiled to avoid burning products. Pour half the dough. On top put a few plums of jam. We add the remaining dough. Again, lay out the plums.

4. Start the "Baking" mode. Our cake with plums will be cooked for 65 minutes with the lid closed.

5. Now we need to cook the chocolate. In the saucepan combine the specified amount of sugar, oil, water and cocoa. We put on the stove. We are waiting for the moment of boiling. Then cook the chocolate, putting the fire at the minimum value.

6. When the cake is ready, we take it from the multivarquet and turn it upside down. Lubricated with chocolate. Let the dessert cool down. Then you can invite household members to tea.

Cake with plum without baking

Required products:

  • 200 ml cream (20% fat content);
  • 2 tbsp. L. Gelatin;
  • Sugar - 220 g;
  • 0, 4 kg of cottage cheese;
  • Grape juice (red) - glass;
  • 700 g ripe plums;
  • Tile of dark chocolate;
  • 100 g of corn flakes.


1. Chocolate melted in a water bath. Put it in a glass cup. Add the flakes. Stirring.

2. The resulting mass is sent in a split form. The bottom and sides should be laid with baking paper. We spread the flakes with chocolate. Form together with the content is put on the middle shelf of the refrigerator. Leave for a couple of hours.

3. Pour gelatin into the plate. Fill it with grape juice. This will take approximately 2-3 tbsp. L. Drink.

4. Plums are rinsed with water and rid of pits. Fruits are divided into halves.

7. Cottage cheese is combined with cream. Put them in a blender. Good whisk. Add 2/3 of the plum mass. Press the "Start" button on the blender again.

8. Return to the plate with cereal and chocolate. We get it from the refrigerator. We spread the curd and plum mass. We spread it with a spoon. On top, pour out 1/3 of the plum mass. We take a fork in hand and make a divorce on the surface of the future cake. We remove the glass plate in the refrigerator.
