So, which dishes from tomatoes can be cooked?

The simplest version is a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. Vegetables are taken in equal quantities: three fresh cucumbers and 3 tomatoes. Cucumbers cut into half rings, tomatoes - large chunks. Season with salad sour cream, mayonnaise or vegetable oil, sprinkle finely chopped onion and dill.

Tomatoes are peeled the same way as described in the previous recipe, the flesh is cut into small cubes and piled into a saucepan. Pour a glass of broth, shift the frying pan and bring to a boil. After five minutes, add cream, salt, parsley and pepper, cover and cook for another 8 minutes. Cold soup is served to the table.

Soup and salad are not the only tomato dishes that can be cooked in the summer. Tasty stuffed vegetables decorate any festive, and not only festive, table.

For this dish of tomatoes will need: 6 pcs. Tomatoes (preferably with twigs), 100 gr. Cheese, a pair of cloves of garlic, pieces of 12 olives, vegetable oil. It will be required: 4 eggs, a glass of milk, tomatoes - 3 pcs., A couple of spoons of wheat flour and a slice of cheese. The washed tomatoes are cut into cubes.
