Frankfurt sausages

To prepare, you need 4 sausages (you can take more), a stem of leeks, fresh mushrooms (about 200 g), dry red wine (incomplete glass). Garlic, pepper and salt are used as a seasoning.

For dessert you will need cottage cheese - 400 g (0% fat will do), sour cream - 100 g, sugar powder - 80 g, vanilla sugar, can of fruit (peaches, mandarins, mangoes) weighing 200 g, one fruit of persimmon or orange, Food gelatin. Also, you need 100 g of ready meringue.

Preparation of dessert

Shape with a demountable bottom lined with foil or polyethylene and lay out finely chopped canned fruit. In the remaining juice, dilute 2.5 tsp. Gelatin.
