Baked meat - tasty and simple

Without meat it is difficult to cook any dinner, but if there is plenty of meat, then the imagination works well. The next evening wondered how to treat their men, flipped through a couple of magazines with recipes, browsed several pages and decided to cook baked meat, but not simple, but with stuffing.

So, for baking, we need a kilogram of pork (if there is no pork, you can use beef, lamb or any other meat, the taste of each housewife), any spices for meat, several cloves of garlic, 60 grams of cheese, a handful of walnuts, greens, salt and Foil for baking.

Let's get started. First you need to take a piece of meat (it should be whole), cut it in half, but not fully, unfold and cut again not to the end - you will get a kind of plus sign if you look at the top of the piece. Then rub garlic on a grater and smear a piece of meat from all sides and from the inside too. Solim, season with spices. Next, we prepare the filling: grate the cheese, you can grind the nuts, and you can use whole (naturally, cleaned), chop the greens, put everything together and put it in the cut meat. When the whole filling is decomposed, wrap the piece in foil and place in the oven. Bake for about 1.5 hours, then remove the foil and let it sit in the oven for 20 minutes, so that the baked meat is toasted. To this dish you can serve garnish, and preferably some light vegetable salad.

You can bake meat without filling - you will get a tasty dish. We need 800 grams of pork whole piece, vegetable oil, better olive, garlic, salt, cloves and pepper ground black. To begin with, you need to prepare marinade: for this we pour olive oil into a deep frying pan, heat it up a little, then put in it crushed garlic, cloves, pepper and salt. The smell of spices is excellent. In this marinade we put pork, literally for half an hour. When the pork is a little soaked in marinade, wrap it in foil and pour the remaining marinade. Bake in the oven for about an hour. My grandmother bakes in a Russian oven - the taste of meat is excellent, nowhere else I have tried. This recipe for baked meat is easy to prepare, and the pleasure from it is weighty. As a side dish, you can serve boiled potatoes with herbs, various porridges, beans, stewed vegetables and much more.

The baked meat with cheese is amazing. This recipe I refer to as "quick", since it takes no more than 40 minutes to prepare it. We will need the following products: 500 grams of homemade meat (pork + beef), about 100 grams of sausage smoked cheese, garlic, 1 egg for bunch, salt, spices, greens. Garlic and greenery crushed, mixed with minced meat, add egg and salt, again we mix everything thoroughly. Cheese is sliced, of such a quantity of cheese I got 4 lobules. From the stuffing we form a thick sausage, we stick cheese, again we form sausage. Then the resulting roll is wrapped in foil so that there is a small hole left on top. Bake in the oven for no more than 30 minutes. Well, that's all, baked meat with cheese slices is ready, you can serve it to the table.

In general, with the last recipe I experimented, for example, instead of cheese I used sausage - it turned out completely meat steer, my boys were delighted. The next time I wrapped the minced cherry tomatoes in the minced pork, the taste did not turn out well, so I did not prepare this option any more. Very well combined baked meat with vegetables, such as cabbage or potatoes. But I used boiled potatoes to give it a taste, I fried it with onions, crushed it a bit and put it into minced meat. As a side dish, I had beans in tomato sauce with garlic, dinner was a success, I'll repeat it somehow. So do not be afraid and experiment, you will definitely get your own special dish!
