How to cook sushi at home: recipe

Sushi, rolls of the house begin with the preparation of rice. Counting on five nori sheets, you need to collect about one and a half cups of rice. It must be thoroughly rinsed in cold water several times, and then pour two cups of liquid and put on a plate. When the water boils, the fire should be reduced to a minimum, after which the rice is cooked for about 10 minutes. After this time, rice is infused for another 10 minutes under the closed lid. At this time, the sauce is prepared: a half spoonful of rice vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar and tea salt. The vinegar is heated and mixed until the sugar and salt dissolve. Then rice is poured with this mixture and retracted to a cool place until it has completely cooled down.

How to cook sushi at home? Very simple! Take a sheet of nori, it is superimposed on the whole of its area, leaving only one centimeter free from above. Before you take the rice, hands should be dipped in water, slightly diluted with vinegar.

On the near side is superimposed the filling, cut into thin strips: fish, cucumbers, curd cheese, crab sticks, etc. Then, lifting the nori sheet together with the mat, the roll is carefully and tightly wrapped.
