  4. Soda - 1.5 tsp.
  5. Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
  6. Vegetable oil.

Spices for preparation: ginger (tablespoon), cinnamon (tablespoon), cardamom (tablespoon), tubby (one asterisk), cloves (five pieces).

For the filling you can take any jam or jam.

The flour should be mixed with soda, spices, sugar and citric acid. All spices must first be crushed in a mortar or grind in a mill. All ingredients are mixed in a dry form, and then add oil. Then add the water and knead the dough. In the finished form it should not stick to the hands. If it still sticks, then it's worth adding a little more flour. Then the whole dough is divided into three equal parts, each of which is rolled into a circle. Then the cake should be cut into pieces, like a cake, in the form of lobules. For each piece of dough (for a wider part) we put jam or jam, and then roll it in the form of a tube. We put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sent to the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees.

Getting acquainted with vegan cuisine, we are considering the most simple vegan recipes. To them it is possible to carry and baked in an oven cabbage with a pumpkin.

For the preparation we will acquire such products:

  1. Pumpkin - 630 g.
  2. Zucchini (zucchini) - 380 g.
  3. Cabbage colored - 1.3 kg.
  4. Pepper.
  5. Salt.
  6. Paprika.
  7. Thyme.
  8. Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
  9. Chickpeas: 230 g.
