Divide the Bulgarian pepper into two halves, extract the seeds and septums. Remove all flesh from all vegetables. Should remain walls about half a centimeter thick. The flesh of the eggplant should be salted, so that unnecessary bitterness goes away.

Prepare forcemeat or use purchased. It should be put crushed red onions. If you want, then pre-dress it in butter. In the meat add crushed herbs, garlic. Pulp from vegetables finely chop and mix with the rest of the filling. Add salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly. If you like spicy, then add a small slice of red chili pepper.

All vegetables need to be filled with prepared stuffing. Cover the baking sheet with foil, lightly oil the surface. Put on it eggplants, peppers, zucchini and tomatoes stuffed. In the oven, put the temperature at 180 degrees and keep the vegetables there for an hour.

10 minutes before the preparation, the vegetables can be sprinkled with cheese. Then wait until the crust blushes, and get out of the oven. If you do not have an eggplant or peppers, then you can only limit to tomatoes. Tomatoes stuffed in the oven - a great snack. The dish can be served separately.

  • A few tomatoes (determine the amount depending on portions);
  • 3-4 eggs of chicken;
  • Cheese (about 50 grams);
