  • Flour (one kilogram);
  • Eggs (two pieces);
  • Water (400 milliliters);
  • Margarine cream (four packets);
  • Salt (one tsp);
  • Vinegar (two st.lozhki).

Cooking method

All products must be cold. Start kneading the dough. Combine flour with grated frozen margarine. Then in a bowl, combine the egg, salt and vinegar. Add water. Add this mixture to the mass of flour and margarine. Knead the dough. Place it in a cellophane bag and place it in the refrigerator for two hours. In order not to lose time, prepare a cream. Mix all the necessary ingredients for this. Place them in a saucepan and put on a small fire. Cook until thickened, stirring. Cool down. Then mix the melted butter. Dough after the time is out and defrost. Cut into strips two centimeters thick. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees. You will need:

For the test, you will need:

  • Eggs (eight pieces);
  • Water (250 grams);
  • Flour (350 grams);
  • Sugar (two tea bags);
  • Margarine cream (one packet);
  • Milk (250 grams);
  • Salt sea (one tsp lodka).

For cream:

  • Sour cream 20 percent (one kilogram);
  • Powdered sugar (two glasses).

For glaze:

  • Milk (20 milliliters);
  • Milk chocolate (one hundred gram).

Cooking method

First of all, prepare the cream. Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer. Now proceed to the test. Take the saucepan, put the margarine. Turn on a small fire. Melt the margarine. Then add sugar and salt. Stir thoroughly. Pour water and milk. Bring to a boil. Then pour out the flour in parts. Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Continue cooking and stir until the dough begins to move away from the pan walls. As it happens, remove immediately from the fire. Cool the dough so that you can enter the eggs. Otherwise, if you add them right away, they just get welded.

So, when everything has cooled down, one by one enter the eggs and mix at once. Best mixer. How to cook the dough, fill it with a pastry bag. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Take the pastry bag with the dough and fill the first pan with "logs" and two more - smaller tubes. On the last baking sheet squeeze the balls with a walnut. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Set the trays for fifteen minutes and reduce the heat to 190.

In the meantime, prepare the icing. Break the milk chocolate into tiles and put it into the microwave with milk for two minutes. Then mix well. Cool down. As the tubes are cooked, pull them out and leave to cool. Then collect the cake "Stallwood" from the brewed dough. Take the glass form and lay the tubes, starting with the large ones. Pour with cream. Then lay small "logs" across. Do this until the tubes are exhausted, do not forget to apply cream every time. Put the balls in the middle of the cake. Fill the glaze with a sturdy bag. Cut off the corner and squeeze out the cake "Pile of wood". You can decorate the dessert with almond petals or sprinkle with coconut shavings. Put the cake in the refrigerator, best for a day, so that it is well soaked. So, one more cake is ready. Recipe can be varied and other ingredients.
