  • Garlic - 1 clove.
  • Cilantro - 1 small bunch.

For the sauce-mayonnaise:

  • Egg yolk - 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil - 150 g.
  • Mustard - half a teaspoon.

  • Vegetable oil (for frying).

First option:
