If you do not know how to cook corn porridge delicious, it's better not to experiment, but use a wonderful recipe for food that is equally amazing in both cold and hot. To create it, you will need the following ingredients: corn grits (350 gr.), Water (900 ml.), A little butter, raisins and seasonings. The groats should be well prepared, washed and poured with hot water. Next, the future cereal should be carefully salted, add sugar, pour half of a portion of melted butter and a little raisins. After that, the container with the dish is sent to the oven, where it is cooked to a soft state on medium-intensity fire, then add the remaining oil, mix thoroughly and bake until the porridge is covered with an appetizing crust. If you want the dish to be more varied, then even before cooking corn porridge, you need to prepare pumpkin-apple puree, mix it with a small portion of honey and butter, let it brew and soak up the aromas of all the ingredients.
