Mix two tablespoons of butter, two tablespoons of water, an egg, a glass of flour and a small spoon of baking powder. All mixed and left for half an hour.

Now it's time for the chicken, you need a carcass weighing 1.5 kilograms. The skin is completely removed, everything else is broken into small pieces. First, the meat is fried in a pan for about 15 minutes, then pawned in pots. Two fried carrots and bulbs are laid out on the chicken.

Evenly put the noodles and greens in the pots, then pour all the hot chicken broth directly into the pots (prescriptions suggest using half a liter of broth for all pots, but you can pour more if you wish). Top each container tightly cover with a prepared dough, top with a yolk and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

The recipe is designed for two pots. Three medium small peeled potatoes cut into cubes and send to the bottom. Further mushrooms are put in pots, 3 to 4 mushrooms will be needed, cut finely. Pour all with boiling water for about 2/3 of the capacity and send it to the oven for 15 minutes.

After the due time, remove the pots from the oven. Cut vegetables: 1 tomato without skin, one onion and a few celery leaves, all divided into equal parts and put in pots. All mix and send again to the oven, but for half an hour. In exactly the same way, you can make pea soup in pots, only to initially pour peas in containers in the oven for about an hour, and after that lay all the other ingredients.

Soups can be served directly in pots, or you can pour into plates and decorate with fresh dill and green onions.

Pearl barley in pots. Recipes with smoked meats and mushrooms

Take 100 grams of dried forest mushrooms and pour them with a glass of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, and then discarded in a colander, free of excess liquid (do not pour out the liquid itself) and cut into large pieces.

Two glasses of pearl barley very well rinse in a colander, after not removing it from it. Put a pot of water, filled with a third, on the fire to boil, put a colander on top with a pearl barley and cover, leave in such a water bath for 20 minutes.

Then boil a liter of water, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and a little salt, send steamed pearl barley to boiling water , cook for 20 minutes, then top up again in a colander to allow the water to fully glass.

Approximately 100 grams of bacon cut and three minutes fry in vegetable oil, then add to it a frying pan and a chopped onion, fry another 6 minutes and lastly - 400 grams of smoked sausages cut into slices and also put the fry. Stir, everything will be ready in 4 minutes.

The resulting mass is mixed with pearl barley and spread over pots, the remaining broth from the mushrooms is spread over the tanks and sent to the oven for an hour and a half. Bon Appetit.
