On the top are layers of crushed garlic, onion half rings and chopped greens. Fresh tomatoes are covered with boiling water, peeled, cut into cubes and also sent to a pot. Add a little salt and pepper, a couple spoons of olive oil, all sprinkled with lemon juice. The dishes are closed with a lid and placed for an hour in the oven. After that, the dish is taken and laid out on plates or served in the same pot, where it was prepared, but it is worth remembering that it retains temperature for a long time.

Haddock is low-fat and low-calorie, so it is suitable for a diet table or for those who watch their weight. At the same time in this fish a large number of nutrients and vitamins, necessary for the human body. A cooked haddock in the oven has a fairly delicate taste and a pleasant aroma.
