Soba noodles and shrimp - a delicious dish

Shrimp and penne macaroni, in fact, is not a very good combination. Of course, some people like this dish, despite its shortcomings. However, when shrimps are prepared with noodles, I want it to be wound on them so that it can be easily separated with every bite. For this reason shrimps are most often prepared with spaghetti or other long pasta. In this case, buckwheat noodles or whole-grain spaghetti will be an excellent substitute for the usual small macaroni in the form of horns or shells.

This pasta from buckwheat noodles goes well with onions. Original recipes with its use always suggest the addition of a large amount of onion and chili paste. On average, to prepare the dish you will need at least a quarter of the average red bulb, which should be cut into cubes, rather than pieces. In addition, if buckwheat noodles are combined in a dish with spinach, it is better not to cook at all. You should simply throw the spinach into cooked shrimp and noodles so that it is only slightly exposed to hot temperature.

So, how to cook spicy shrimp with buckwheat noodles soba? One serving will require the following quantity of products:

- about 6 or 7 large shrimps (you can use frozen);

- Quarter of a medium-sized red bulb, diced;

- 1 tablespoon dining room of any vegetable or olive oil;

- 1/2 teaspoon of tea coriander;

1/4 teaspoon of ground ground ginger;

- 1 teaspoon of chili paste;

- 1/4 tablespoons of tea cinnamon;

- 1/2 teaspoon of tea honey;

- 1 large handful of spinach;

- 1/2 teaspoon of tea cumin.

Buckwheat noodles

Indeed, nothing can be simpler than cooking such a dish. Put a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Slightly defrost the shrimps by holding them in cool (not cold) water for several minutes. Mix the butter, seasonings, chili paste, honey, and perhaps a little salt and pepper to taste, then dry the prawns and mix them in a mixture of spices along with onions. You can allow this mixture to marinate for 10-30 minutes. However, it is desirable to keep them in the marinade exactly as long as the water for the noodles does not boil.

While noodles are brewed, heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Then simply put the shrimp with onions, with the entire volume of butter and a mixture of seasonings. Fry, stirring frequently, over medium heat until the onion is tender and the shrimps are fully prepared. Drain the water and mix pasta with shrimps in a frying pan. It is necessary to mix everything well, so that buckwheat noodles are covered with sauce completely. Then remove the frying pan from the fire. Add the spinach and continue stirring until spinach shrinks in volume and becomes much darker than its normal color.

After that you can put the finished dish on a plate and serve it on the table. Now you know how to properly prepare buckwheat noodles with shrimp. You will be able to make sure that such a dish is much better than a heavy fatty paste. Moreover, it does not involve the use of fatty sauces and other undesirable ingredients. It is known that buckwheat noodles calorie content is much lower than wheat noodles, and there is much more for the organism in it.
