If homemade cooking is impossible, you can make a sauce from yogurt bought in the store. Berry taste, by the way, can make a very unusual tandem with fish or meat.

For its preparation, add a tablespoon of finely chopped gherkins to a yogurt (150 g). You can replace them with ordinary cucumbers, the main thing is that they should be crispy.

A few feathers of green onions and parsley leaves will make the sauce even more beautiful and tastier.

We will need a glass of natural homemade yogurt, oriental spices: zira, saffron (or turmeric), curry. But the main part in the recipe is fresh ginger. Take a piece of a finger the size of a finger and grate on the smallest grater. Along with the resulting juice, pour ginger gruel into yogurt and mix. Add a pinch of spices, salt to taste. Add a handful of black or green olives, a clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley to the blender. Pound the blender and mix with the same amount of yogurt. To taste, you can add pepper and salt to the sauce. Having prepared it once, in the future you will be able to experiment with different ingredients. For example, a tomato can be replaced with a fresh young cucumber.

Storage

Sauce based on homemade yogurt, like all products without preservatives, is not subject to long-term storage. Any sour-milk product is an excellent medium for the development of bacteria. Therefore, it is better to prepare sauces based on natural yogurt just before serving to the table.

If you made a sauce the day before, store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for no more than two days.
