Fish skewers on skewers in the oven.

Prepare this dish at home is very simple - you need wooden skewers, deep baking tray and trout fillets. Fragrant, useful and very tasty fish, baked in the oven along with juicy Bulgarian pepper and onions - will become a table decoration and a delicacy for guests.

Skewers from trout in the oven are prepared on wooden skewers because the fish fillet is very tender and with ready-made skewers the ready-made shish kebab can simply fall down. For a perfect taste of fish, marinade is very important. For cooking shish kebab from trout will need:

- fillets of fresh trout - 300 grams;

- sweet Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces (red and yellow);

- onion - 2 pieces (medium size);

- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;

For marinade:

- soy sauce - 3 tablespoons;

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons;

- fresh dill (a few twigs).

Preparation.

To begin with, you need, of course, to pickle the fish fillets. Mix the soy sauce with the olive oil and throw there the sprigs of dill (they can be torn with your hands to the dill gave away its fragrance). Cut the trout into small squares (maximum 3х3 cm), and we will lower them into the marinade. Evenly distribute the marinade on the fish and leave for half an hour at room temperature. We will cut on krudatiki the same approximately, as slices of fish, peppers, and onions we shall cut in rings. The same rings of onions are left for the shish kebab, too large or too small we put on the pan covered with foil.

When half an hour pass, you need to wet the skewers with water and proceed to the formation of shish kebabs. You need to thread, alternating trout fillets, pieces of pepper, onion rings. Lay the skewers on a baking sheet with onions and pepper remnants. You can pour the rest of the marinade on top of the fish.

Oven to warm up to 200 degrees and put a pan with shish kebabs for 20 minutes, the fish is cooked very quickly, and in no case it can not be overdried. Finished skewers on skewers in the oven from trout should be served hot, previously sprinkled with lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
