As you do not want to get up to the stove in the heat and prepare a complex dinner. After a day's work, it would be faster to reach home, eat something light and refreshing. Try to do without a fried, rich dinner and buy at the nearest vegetable store several ingredients for tasty and healthy food.

Be sure to use vegetables and fruits, because the recipes for a light dinner differ, and that such dishes are easily absorbed by the body. We choose tomatoes, green cucumbers, necessarily greens, sweet yellow or red peppers and other vegetables as desired. Salad (as an easy dish) must certainly be present on the table. And you can buy cheese, smoked fish or some smoked meat.

We offer you the recipes of a light dinner called "Fingers lick!".

1. Salad with cod fillets.

Let's start cooking salad. Required:

  • Cod - 250 g.
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Eggs boiled - 2 or 3 pcs.
  • A little green onion.
  • Flour, mayonnaise, salt.

To the fillet of cod, cut into small cubes, add a little flour and cream, fry 10 minutes. Cucumbers and boiled eggs, too, cut into cubes, mix everything in a salad bowl. Add roasted and steamed cod, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise (it is better to choose light for salads).

As you can see, the recipes for a light dinner are quite simple. Here's another example:

2. Salad of Peking cabbage.

  • Cabbage Peking is ½ kopecks.
  • Corn canned - 4 table spoons.
  • Pickled mushrooms - 200 g.
  • Cranberries fresh or thawed - 50 g.
  • Mayonnaise.

Cabbage shreds, to it are added finely chopped mushrooms, corn and cranberries. Everything is mixed and refueled.

And now tasty dishes for dinner, which you need to cook in the oven, but you will not regret it.

3. Casserole for dinner.

  • Zucchini courgette - 3 pcs.
  • Shrimp - 500 g.
  • Cottage cheese is low-fat - 500 g.
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • Sour cream - 100 g.
  • Rukkola - 1 bunch.
  • Flour, salt.

Cut into slices zucchini, add salt, mix and leave. We'll make shrimp: pour out the water, add them to zucchini, add pepper if desired, mix everything.

Prepare the cottage cheese mass: cottage cheese, boiled eggs, flour and a little salt to mix, add sour cream. Now this mass and zucchini with shrimps are mixed together, put for baking in the oven in a saucepan or a mold. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. In the oven we send for 30 minutes. Cooked dish sprinkled with arugula, slightly cooled to serve.

4. A snack of fruit (4 servings).

Put low-fat cottage cheese on each of the four plates (about 1 cup). Top with cheese, preferably spicy, and pour with honey (2 teaspoons of tea for 1 serving). Fresh strawberries and plums, cut into slices, are laid out around the cheese curtain. On one side of the plate put pieces of melon, sprinkled with smoked ham. The appetizer is ready!

  • Cottage cheese is fat-free - 3 full glasses.
  • Cheese spicy or with mold - 50 g.
  • Honey.
  • Ham - 100 gr.
  • Melon - 1 piece (small, cut into 4 equal parts).
  • Plums, strawberries.
