Beef with gravy

Fans of meat dishes will probably have to taste beef with gravy, because thanks to this sauce it turns out very juicy and tender. This dish is perfectly combined with any garnish.

Beef with gravy from tomato sauce

It will take: half a kilo of beef tenderloin, two large onions, a large spoonful of flour, three tablespoons of tomato paste, a bay leaf and pepper. Meat is cut into small pieces and sent to a frying pan to fry in vegetable oil, on high heat. When the surface of the pieces appears roasted crust, the beef is added finely chopped bulbs, salt to taste. Continue to fry, stirring constantly the food. After about five minutes, add the flour, mix, fry for a couple of minutes and pour the meat into two glasses of water. Put the tomato paste, stir it in water and tantalize goulash over low heat under the closed lid for another hour. 10 minutes before the readiness to add laurel leaf and pepper.

For cooking you need: a pound of beef, one large carrot, two tomatoes, a large onion, spices and flour. Beef is cut into small pieces and placed in a pan. It will take: a kilogram of beef, 3-4 carrots, 2 onions, half a glass of sour cream, water, salt, bay leaf and pepper. Very delicious turns beef with vegetables and gravy with balsamic vinegar. To prepare this dish you will need: a pound of fresh beef, olive oil and soy sauce - over a pair of tablespoons, 1 large spoonful of balsamic vinegar, 2 onions, a pair of garlic cloves and meat seasonings. Beef cut into thin long slices. Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and chopped garlic. The meat is poured over the marinade and left for an hour to soak. Bulb cut into half rings, carrots - thin strips. Meat is taken out of the marinade and fried, first separately, and then with vegetables. After 10 minutes pour the marinade, add a glass of water and put it out for about 50 minutes on low heat.

On a festive table you can serve beef in sweet and sour sauce. To make it, you need to take: a pound of beef, 3 large spoons of tomato paste, 500 grams of black bread, a couple tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of wine vinegar, coriander, parsley, bay leaf, peppercorns, 1 carrot and a little sugar.

Beef is divided into thin layers, beaten and cut into strips in pieces from 3 to 5 cm long. Sprinkle them with flour and send them to a frying pan. When they appear a red crust, pour water and put on the stew on low heat. Bread is soaked in a small amount of water, onions cut into half rings, and carrots - straws and add to the meat for about 50 minutes after the start of quenching. Lay bay leaf, tomato paste, vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of coriander. All mix and stew for 10 more minutes.
