Add six cups of broth, slowly pour in a glass of milk, add tomatoes, thyme and laurel, bring it all to the boil and reduce the heat. After that, open the lid a little and cook for three and a half hours on a small fire. If you get too thick, add broth.

It was a recipe for the Bolognese sauce in his, so to speak, classic version. As you can see, it's not easy to cook, and it's not a fact that the sauce will be the same as the Italian masters of culinary business, but nevertheless, knowing the recipe for the Bolognese sauce and some rules for its preparation, you can achieve good results.
