We will need:

Three hours before you start cooking the casserole, you need to lay the butter out of the wrapper to thaw it. Then add one hundred and fifty grams of granulated sugar to it and repeat the entire mixing procedure.

When you get a creamy oily consistency, it should be alternately split four chicken eggs and beat thoroughly, but already with the help of a capping head. At the same time, it is recommended to pour 30 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemon juice to a whipped cream.

It is worth noting that the future airiness and softness of the dessert depends entirely on how diligently you will mix the creamy mixture.

As the final stage in the preparation of the basis in the mass, it is required to add a mashed, low-fat, fine-grained curd and a few semolina. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, you should get a gentle, semi-fluid and airy consistency. Only after that the cottage cheese casserole for the multivarquet will be ready for further heat treatment.

If you have enough time in stock, it is recommended to whisk and chicken eggs (proteins and yolks) separately. In this case the dessert will turn out even more gently and airily.
