Take a kilogram of raspberries or 600 milliliters of juice of this berry, half a kilogram of sugar, one medium orange, half a tiny spoon of lemon acid and 10 grams of pectin. If you have fresh berries, then you need to make juice from them. To do this, spread the raspberries into a saucepan and put them on the stove. Fire do the minimum. After 20 minutes, the berries are allowed to juice and will be boiled. During this time, you can prepare the banks. After that, we cool the raspberries and filter. Juice is mixed with sugar. We wash the orange and three zest on a small grater. From the pulp we squeeze out the juice. These two components are put in raspberry juice and add the lemon acid. We put the container on the fire and cook for about 10 minutes. Separately, we dilute the pectin with a small amount of chilled juice and add it to the syrup. Raspberries and strawberries

Another good combination is raspberries and strawberries. These two fragrant berries are able to create a miracle. The dessert turns out unusually tasty. Take three kilograms of raspberries, 500 grams of strawberries and 2.5 kilograms of gelling sugar. Raspberries are sorted and shredded in any way. Then put it into a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes after boiling over low heat. Then add gelling sugar, stir and cook until it boils. After that, pour strawberry berries and mix. We give the jam to boil and cook for about 3 minutes. Further we lay it in cans and close with lids. Storage containers must be pasteurized. It turns out the most delicious confiture of raspberry. The recipe can be supplemented with lemon juice, but these taste qualities are enough.

Gourmet Recipe

This dish is for true gourmets who know a lot about eating. For cooking, you need 1.3 kilograms of raspberries, 150 milliliters of white dry wine and a kilogram of sugar. Prepared berries crushed with a blender and wipe through a sieve. Bones are not thrown away, but we tie them in gauze, making a bag. In a separate bowl, pour in the wine and pour the sugar. We let this mixture boil, so that the sugar dissolves. We lower in a syrup a pouch with ossicles and cook them about 10 minutes. Then remove the bones and squeezes.
