Let's start making pancakes with chicken and mushrooms. Before kneading the dough, let's cook the brisket, the water in which it will be cooked with salt. Chicken breast should boil until cooked on a small fire, while it should not be digested, because in this case it becomes dry.

In a large bowl, start kneading dough for pancakes. Mix milk, eggs, flour and water to a state of homogeneous, lump-free mass, in consistency resembling sour cream. In order to simplify this process, you can use a mixer. Add sugar and salt to the resulting mass, and mix thoroughly again. We make pancakes from the finished dough.

For the preparation of minced meat, cut into thin mashed potatoes, mushrooms, cut into medium size cubes. Pour the vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms when they blush, put the chicken cut into small frying pan, fry 3-4 minutes. And here we pour a spoonful of flour, a little more roast. In the resulting mass, pour half a glass of milk and a little bit of grated hard cheese. We add salt and, stirring, leave for several minutes to languish on fire. As a result, you should get a mass that is not liquid by consistency.

At the edge of the pancake spread a few spoons of minced meat and wrap the pancake with a tube, so do with all the pancakes. We stack pancakes with chicken and mushrooms on a baking sheet with a butter and pritrushivayem grated cheese. We put the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

You can also experiment with the filling and make it pasty. For this, fried mushrooms and onions, mix with sliced chicken breast and let it through a meat grinder or at a low speed grind in a blender. Pancakes with potatoes and mushrooms

We need for the test: milk (1l.), Flour (1-1.5 st.), A little vegetable oil, eggs (3 pcs.), Salt, sugar (a few spoons), half a teaspoon of soda, extinguished with vinegar. For the filling: onions, mushrooms, potatoes. For decoration: sour cream, greens.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add slightly warmed milk, mix everything. In the received mass we pour preliminary sifted flour, the quenched soda, vegetable oil. We mix the dough to obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mass, reminiscent of the consistency of sour cream. The density of the test is corrected with flour. In a hot frying pan bake pancakes.

The filling can be done in several ways.

First. Finely chop onion and mushrooms, fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 20-30min. Peel and boil potatoes, make mashed potatoes. In a large bowl, pour the fried mushrooms with onion and place the mashed potatoes there - mix everything thoroughly. The first option is ready.
