Yeast dough on kefir: a simple recipe.

We all love to eat deliciously, especially if it's homemade food cooked with our own hands. Recently, modern women are less likely to spend time baking, they say, it's long and difficult, although in principle special skills do not need to, say, prepare yeast dough on kefir, cheap, but at the same time very tasty and simple. In addition, from such a test, as a rule, you get very delicious bread baked in a bread oven. And from this test, it is good to bake as loaves of bread, and the most real loaves.

So, yeast dough on kefir, the recipe is the following. We need 600 grams of flour, two hundred grams of kefir, 50 grams of milk and the same amount of sugar, a little salt, 25 grams of yeast, 2 eggs and 80 grams of margarine.

If all the products are available, you can start cooking.

Yeast is broken, a small amount of milk needs to be heated and dissolved in it. Margarine is melting. Then we pour kefir into a separate bowl and mix it with eggs, salt and sugar. Mix everything, add yeast to it, which has dissolved, as it should be in milk, and butter. Yeast dough on kefir requires good stirring. Then in the resulting liquid mixture you need to add flour, previously sieved through a sieve. Gradually knead the dough. And the dough should be kneaded to such a state, until it is smooth and elastic. Then the saucepan is smeared with vegetable oil, we pour in the dough into it. A pan with a dough should be placed in a warm place for two hours. During this time, the dough should rise several times. If the dough is cooked in a bread oven, then a special mixing mode is selected. Then proceed to baking, setting the desired mode. If we bake in the oven, then first the table is sprinkled with flour, then we place the dough, from which we create various forms. The resulting products are placed on a baking tray, pre-lubricated with oil. Put the baking tray in the oven for 30 minutes. The top of the dough can be greased with a yolk mixed with milk.

Next, we will describe the recipe for a yeast-free dough on kefir, baking will be no less delicious than using yeast.

So, we prepare a yeast-free dough on kefir. We need a half kilogram of flour, a glass of sour cream, two eggs, two tablespoons of margarine, a spoonful of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Sour cream in this recipe can be omitted, then the ingredients are needed in such a ratio: 0.5 kg of flour, 200-250 grams of butter, a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt. At the same time, at least 20 patties must be obtained. We begin the preparation: we sow the flour in the form of a mound in which we make a hole, we put food in it and start to mix it up quickly. Then the dough will need to be cooled for 20 minutes. Next, we make pies and bake in a well-heated frying pan for 15 minutes.

Very popular is the yeast dough on kefir for pizza. The recipe is presented below. The dough is prepared very simply, its only minus - it takes time for the dough to rise. But pizza from such a test will be thin and very tasty.

So, in order to prepare yeast dough on kefir, we will need:

  • Half a cup of water (warm);
  • 700 ml of kefir;
  • Half a glass of vegetable oil;
  • 3 tsp. Yeast;
  • Flour (in such a proportion that the dough turned soft);
  • Two small spoons of sugar;
  • A little salt.

Warm water poured into the bowl, we put sugar in it and begin to interfere. The procedure lasts exactly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then gradually in the same bowl add the yeast and do not forget to stir it. Then the resulting mass is left alone for a quarter of an hour. After the time has elapsed, let's add kefir to the yeast, then whip the mass with a whisk. Meanwhile, the flour is sieved through a sieve and added, knead the dough. In the end, our dough should turn out without lumps and look like a very thick sour cream. Then add the vegetable oil and mix everything. The dough should be put in a warm place for an hour, so that it properly rises.
