There is a huge variety of dishes that can be prepared from pancake flour. For example, a pancake cake with chicken.

Then make another knead. On half a glass of pancake flour we need half a glass of warm milk and half a glass of tomato juice. We knead and bake. We get pancakes of red color.

Prepare the filling. Take 200 grams of boiled chicken fillet, cut into pieces. Add 3 boiled eggs, cut into cubes. Now we need to make the sauce. Take 200 grams of sour cream, squeeze out 2 cloves of garlic, add a tablespoon of mustard and lemon juice. Stir, pour into the mixture chicken and eggs, again mix well and send to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Then we start to collect the cake. The first pancake of white color is smeared with melted cheese, spread out the filling and cover with a pancake of red color. Repeat this procedure until we get a high cake. It can be decorated with greens, sliced cucumbers or tomatoes.
