Prepare a cake in a frying pan - a recipe for those who do not have an oven

In our life there are cases when in the arsenal of the hostess there is no such important tool as an oven. Traveling to camping, repairing and living in a hostel can make it impossible to cook what you want. And sometimes there is no desire to fiddle with a tray and raise the temperature in the apartment. Some house craftsmen recommend to make a cake in a frying pan.

It's very simple and does not take much time. If you decide to make a cake in a frying pan, then the recipe can be any, but the principle is always the same:

• The dough for the cake is kneaded and divided into several parts (sometimes the dough can be liquid and poured into a frying pan, as for pancakes).

• On each heated frying pan, each cake is fried and cooled. The edge of the cake is leveled with a sharp knife.

• The cream is prepared in advance and smeared on the cakes.

• The cake is decorated with chocolate icing or grated chocolate, nuts and coconut chips, grated wafers or crumbed scraps of cakes or whatever you like best.

Try to make a cake in a frying pan

Recipe:

• In a water bath, mix and beat eggs (2-3 pieces), sugar (glass), oil (100 g) and honey (about 100 g).

• Introduce a teaspoon of soda, extinguished with vinegar.

• Pour approximately 3 cups of wheat flour and mix thoroughly.

• The mass will turn golden after 7-8 minutes and you can put it on the table to mix with the remaining flour (1.5 cups). Stir until it stops sticking to your hands.

• On the flour-poured table roll out the thin cakes (depending on the thickness should be from 6 to 10 layers). To ensure that all the cakes are the same diameter, use a plate that fits the size for your frying pan.

• Lay the cakes on a hot frying pan, leveling with your fingers, so that the cake does not "run off." Roast the cakes.

• With liquid, creamy creams, cover still warm cakes and leave under a towel to soak and soften.

• To make the cream that best fits in the cake in the pan, select the recipe from the two options. The first option: sour cream - whip 600 grams of sour cream with 200 grams of sugar. The second option: a cream with condensed milk - combine one can of condensed milk with a packet of butter (250 g).

• Smear every cake with cream and collect the cake.

• Decorate it and put it overnight in the refrigerator.

Cake on the frying pan - very tasty

• First we make a cream. Rub the egg with sugar (glass).

• Add flour (3 tablespoons), vanillin and stir well.

• Pour in the milk (500 ml) and put the mass on a weak fire to thicken. Do not forget to stir it.

• After the thickening of the cream, remove it from the plate and cool it.

• In a cooled mass, put pieces of soft butter (200 g) and beat.

• Prepare the dough. To make a delicious cake in a frying pan, the recipe must be strictly maintained. Cottage cheese (200 g) is combined with one egg and sugar (a glass), vanillin and a teaspoon of soda (extinguished).

• Gradually add flour (300 g) and knead a dense, but not too steep curd pastry.

• We divide the dough into parts (7-9 cakes) and thinly roll out on the table.

• On a hot frying pan bake each cake on both sides, piercing with a fork so that it does not swell.

• After the cakes have cooled down, grease them with cream (if the edges of the cakes have turned out to be not even, you can trim them).

• Prepare chocolate icing. Powder of cocoa, sugar and sour cream (or milk) is mixed and put on the fire to cook. Continue stirring and simmer for a couple of minutes. When the glaze cools down, put a piece of butter in it (this is necessary for the glaze to shine) and pour the cottage cheese cake over it .

• Sprinkle the cake with nuts, candied fruits or grated waffles.

For the cottage cheese cake, a boiled condensed milk may well come up as a cream.
