Pancakes with chocolate and banana: the way of cooking

The process of cooking pancakes begins with cleaning and slicing bananas for the filling. Then the chopped bananas are sent to the container along with liqueur, orange juice and zest. You should forget about them for a while.

Then you need to mix in the bowl of starch with cocoa powder and milk. Bitter chocolate should be broken down and sent to a pan with butter and light treacle, where all together heat slowly until they are well melted and mixed. Then, stirring incessantly, this mass is brought to a boil. Boil it for not more than one minute, then remove from heat and do not forget to add vanilla extract.

The next step is to prepare a dough for pancakes. Flour and cocoa powder should be sifted into a bowl, and add the oil and egg to the inside of the cavity. In the resulting mixture gradually add milk and stir constantly, in order to prevent the appearance of lumps.

Ready dough pour the ladle into a hot pan with a thick bottom, distribute it evenly over the surface of the frying pan and fry on both sides over medium heat. Bake pancakes to keep warm.

And, finally, the finishing touches. Chocolate sauce should be heated immediately before serving.
