To make a quick pie with apples, you need 200 grams of flour, 5 eggs, 125 grams of sugar, 3-4 pieces of medium-sized apples, half a lemon, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and 10 grams of baking powder.

First, you need to peel apples and cut them into thick slices. After that, sprinkle apples with cinnamon so that all fruits are evenly covered with this spice. Then pour the apples with the juice of half a lemon and add the vanilla sugar to taste. All fruits are mixed and left to impregnate.

In the meantime, we take up the preparation of the dough. Pour out the necessary amount of sugar into the prepared container, add the prescription amount of baking powder and break 5 pieces of eggs. This mass is well stirred, gradually add flour and again we mix everything up to the formation of a homogeneous mass without lumps.

Prepared a baking sheet lined parchment paper and pour half of the resulting dough. We spread the dough. To prepare the dough, you need to take half a glass of flour, half a glass of sour cream, 150 grams of butter, half a teaspoon of soda, and vinegar slaked.

To make a cream, mix a glass of sour cream with one egg, a glass of sugar and two tablespoons of flour.
