The culinary recipe for this cake is very simple. It does not need to be baked, but to make it very quickly. It will take a kilogram of cottage cheese, a packet of shortbread cookies (about 200g), the same amount of butter, a bag of gelatin, lemon juice, a few candied fruits and fruits (oranges, kiwi, bananas, peaches, apples or pears). To begin with, the biscuits must be crushed. You can do this with a blender or by scrolling through a meat grinder. The resulting mass is mixed with softened butter. All this is laid out in a form that necessarily has a removable bottom. Such a peculiar cake is put in the refrigerator for congealing.

Lemon juice is squeezed into a bowl, slightly warmed and gelatin is dissolved in it. Separately whipped cottage cheese with sugar and candied fruits. In it, and poured gelatin in lemon juice. Everything is mixed and placed on top of the cake. Cottage cheese cake can be decorated with wedges of a variety of fruits, after which it is sent back to the refrigerator.   • Sugar (3 tablespoons),
  • Glass of water,
  • Cottage cheese, it's good to take a fattier (300gr),
  • A glass of cream, with a fat content of 35%,
  • Cocoa powder (2 small spoons),
  • Chocolate (grated).

Gelatin needs to swell. To do this, it should be filled with cold water for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the blender is beaten with cottage cheese, cream and sugar until smooth.

Swollen gelatin is heated on fire, stirring constantly, until it completely dissolves. The main thing is not to bring it to a boil. After you need to cool the gelatinous mass and add to the curd cream.

A quarter of the mass is transferred to another bowl and cocoa is added to it. And here begins the most interesting - the assembly of the cake. To do this, take a silicone shape. From it, then it's much easier to get a cooked dessert.

1 layer: pour in the form of curd mass with cocoa. For 10 minutes we put the cake in the refrigerator. During this time, the "chocolate" layer will solidify.

2 layer: we lay strawberries. It is advisable to put it as much as possible into the middle.

3 layer: the top is filled with the remaining cottage cheese pastry. Again, the cake goes to the refrigerator until it is completely solidified.

Before you serve a delicious dessert on the table, you can decorate it with grated chocolate or even the remaining berries.

Curd cake with jelly

This cake is prepared simply and also does not require baking in the oven. Mistress for him will need a kilogram of cottage cheese, a glass of sugar, a lemon, half a liter of fatty cream, vanillin, a bag of gelatin and marmalade. Very important in this dessert is the decoration. It will require 1 glass of red juice, sugar, gelatin (10 g), orange or peach.

Prepare a cake mold in advance. It is rinsed with cold water. Inwardly spread the resulting curd mixture, which goes to the refrigerator.

After 20 minutes, you can decorate the cake with additional jelly. For this, the prepared dessert is laid with the prepared fruit. In a separate bowl, mix the juice, a little sugar and swollen gelatin. All this is poured into a mold on top of the cake, and it is again put in the refrigerator, so that this time the jelly is frozen. Then you can decorate the resulting delicacy with whipped cream.
