This omelette is great for breakfast, because its cooking time does not exceed 40 minutes. For this dish (for 4 servings) you will need the following products: 8 eggs, onion, 2 small zucchini, 100 ml of milk, 200 grams of spinach, chives, 250 grams of potatoes, bunch of parsley and basil, 200 grams of tomatoes, ground black pepper, 120 Ml of vegetable oil, table salt.

The scheme of preparation:

  1. Peeled potatoes cut into thin circles. Onions and garlic are ground. The spinach cut into strips is blanched for several minutes. Basil and parsley finely chopped.
  2. Zucchini cut in half and cut into thin slices. Potatoes are fried until half cooked in vegetable oil.
  3. To the fried potatoes add zucchini with onion, garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Peeled tomatoes are finely chopped. Eggs are beaten with milk, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In the beaten eggs add tomatoes, spinach, greens, potatoes and zucchini. All the ingredients are poured onto a hot frying pan and fried from both sides until cooked.

For this dish you will need (for 4 people): 8 eggs, 50 grams butter butter, a few feathers of spring onion, 100 ml of milk, 1 pack of Hochland cheese with ham or just thinly sliced hard cheese and thin slices of ham, hot ketchup or Sauce tabasco, salt, 1 red bell pepper.
