Inflammation manifests itself in acute or chronic form.

A periarthric bag, or bursa, is called the refined portion of the capsule of the joint in the form of a bag or sac. It is located under the muscles, located around the tendons near the joint. The main function of the bursa is to reduce the friction of the tendons and muscles during the movement, the periarticular bags also improve the gliding of the bony surfaces when they come into contact. This effect is achieved through synovial cells lining their surface and producing synovial fluid. In the human body, there are about 160 burs located in the knee, hip, elbow and shoulder joints.

Inflammation of the shoulder joint is often found in athletes, as it experiences increased stress. This disease occurs, for example, in golfers or tennis players.

This is achieved by superimposing a tight bandage on the site of inflammation. In the chronic course of the disease, it is recommended to remove the exudate and then rinse the joint cavities.

Purulent bursitis of the shoulder joint is also associated with the removal of exudate followed by the introduction into the cavity of special antibacterial agents.

At present, laser and ultrasound are successfully used in treatment.
