Milk Korzhik: recipe for sweets from childhood

One day, walking along the street, I noticed a girl of about five. With huge bows, in a smart dress, she walked, holding on to the strong mother's hand, and for both cheeks she was eating a dairy crust. I just could not understand what was so hooked on me in this adorable little girl, and then I realized: here it is, the image of my childhood. And I so wanted to become small and just like her, with an appetite to chew a dairy crust.

Of course, the first part of the desire was unrealizable, but the second one could be implemented realistically. Arriving home, I, inspired by childhood memories, I decided to make a dairy crust. The recipe for it, as it turned out, is very simple. And since the baking turned out to be insanely delicious, I suggest you also try to cook the impression so delicious.

So, the dairy crust. The recipe for this sweetness requires the following ingredients:

  • Butter (120 g),
  • Flour (350 g),
  • Vegetable oil (tablespoon),
  • Sugar (120 g),
  • Milk (240 g),
  • Baking powder (one sachet),
  • Eggs (1 piece).

Prepared the components. Represented, as we will weave for both cheeks cooked with their own dairy crust. Recipe - in hand, and begin to cook.

Milk pour into a saucepan and put on a very weak fire. In the pan, pour in the vegetable oil, and pour in the sugar and put the butter. Stir the contents of the pan to allow the butter to melt and the sugar to dissolve.

Mix flour and baking powder, add a pinch of salt. Turn off the fire under the pan and quickly so that the mixture does not have time to cool down, and pour the flour into the pan, mix thoroughly. So the dough is prepared, as a result it should turn out to be elastic, liquid and viscous.

On a plate, previously sprinkled with flour, put the dough and cover with a napkin. Leave it for a while, until it cools (reference point - room temperature). The dough is kneaded and rolled on a flour-poured table into a layer about six millimeters thick.

Using the form (mugs, glasses, etc.) cut the biscuits. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet , and on it - biscuits, grease them with an egg (this is convenient to do with a brush).

We put a baking sheet with biscuits in a heated oven (temperature - 180 degrees). After half an hour, the biscuits can be taken out of the oven. A little wait until the baking cools, and you can enjoy the cooked yummy.

Would you like to make a dairy crust? The recipe for cooking can be mastered even by the most inexperienced "culinary". Enjoy tasty biscuits and plunge into pleasant memories.

By the way, there is a rather tasty alternative version of this dish - curd crusts. The recipe for curd cakes is not complicated, so if you adore cottage cheese, I advise you to try it.

Ingredients: cottage cheese (half a kilogram), eggs (3 pieces), soda (1 tea), kefir (glass), margarine (packet), sugar (3 cups) and flour (you need as much as the dough requires).

Sifted flour mixed with soda, softened margarine grinded with sugar (2.5 cups) and eggs. It should be a homogeneous mixture. In the resulting mixture add kefir, cottage cheese and, mixing these ingredients well, flour. Prepare the dough. It should also be covered with a napkin and left for 20 minutes.

The remaining sugar (0.5 cup) sprinkle the table and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Cut the biscuits and put them on the baking sheet so that the sugar side is on top. Bake in medium heat for about 25 minutes.

Curd cakes, without cutting into small cookies, can be used to prepare various cakes. They are prepared either according to the same recipe as the biscuits, or slightly modify the list of ingredients.

In any case, prepare a dairy crust, curd or a cake from the resulting cakes, for sure it will be incredibly tasty. Pleases you and will delight the relatives who are lucky enough to try the results of your efforts. After all, what is prepared with love, and even with their own hands, just can not help but like.
