Sometimes it happens. You come home from work or school, you go to the fridge and ... you understand that the stash in the form of a pair of cutlets has disappeared without a trace. And in the looted refrigerator only raw vegetables.

Perhaps, everything was different. Monday. You come from work and realize that right before your nose a caring husband hanged a calendar on which a red marker is circled today and a signature: "The beginning of a diet" or "Lent." But you remember that it was made at your request ...

Whatever it is, whether you have been left to this state of forgetfulness about the products or caring of your pets, but we are left alone with vegetables. Neither you meat, eggs, butter and other tasty, but harmful in large quantities of food.

Do not despair! You can always think of something! From vegetables you can make delicious lean cutlets. The recipe should be selected based on the available products.

Lentate cutlets. The first recipe: Potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes at a rate of 2-3 per person.
  • 1 onion.
  • Flour or bread crumbs.
  • Spice.

The way to create this masterpiece of cooking:

  1. Cook the potatoes. We make a puree from it and leave it to cool.
  2. Chop onion finely and finely fry it in a pan
  3. Mix the ingredients. We make cutlets from the dough and fry in a pan.

There is another option when using raw potatoes.

  1. We leave 1/3 (one third) of the total amount of potatoes raw and three on a small grater.
  2. Boiled potatoes are crushed and mixed with raw.
  3. Add flour and spices and make cutlets.
  4. Fry until a ruddy crust.

The necessary products necessary for preparing this dish:

  • 5-6 bulbs
  • Canned corn - 450-500 grams.
  • Flour - about ½ cup.

The secret of cooking:

  • 400g of soy bean or soy flour, if any.

We cook this way:

  1. Boil the ground beef in salt water and spices so that the soybean absorbs their taste.
  2. Finely chop the peeled onions. Rub carrot and potatoes on a small grater
  3. Mix the food, if the dough is too liquid, you can add flour.
  4. To make cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs. To fry.

Steamed meatballs. Recipe the third, dessert (you can make lean or not lean cutlets).

Necessary substances:

  1. A glass of manga,
  2. 2½-3 cups of milk (if fasting, then water),
  3. Salt to taste,
  4. Sugar 1-2 tbsp.
  5. Egg (again, if the post, then do not add),
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Breadcrumbs

The conversion process is as follows:

  1. Bring to a boil milk (or water).
  2. Add sugar, salt.
  3. We pour a manga with a thin trickle and intensively interfere. Otherwise there will be lumps that we do not need.
  4. We cook for 10 minutes.
  5. We let the cereal cool down and add an egg to it (if it's a vegetarian option, then naturally we do not add it). Do not add the egg to the hot porridge!
  6. We make little bits and biscuits. Fry on high heat.

Such cutlets go as a dessert, if pre-top with jam, jam or melted chocolate. It's to your taste and choice. Yes, the product is high in calories, it's 162.4 kcal per 100 g, and this is without taking into account jam or chocolate. But such a recipe is perfect if you left a manga in the fridge from yesterday.
