Fragrant and juicy lasagna from zucchini: recipe for preparation with minced meat

Required products:

  • Beef fresh without fat - 800 g;
  • Bulbs small - 3 pcs .;
  • Zucchini young middle - 6 pcs .;
  • Oil odorless sunflower - 110 ml (for frying minced meat and zucchini);
  • Wheat flour - 3-5 large spoons;
  • Red tomatoes - 4 pcs .;
  • Russian cheese - 110 g;
  • Garlic fresh small - 2 cloves;
  • Salt, cucumber and red fragrant pepper - to taste and personal discretion.

Lasagna from zucchini with minced meat provides for the use only of low-fat pulp of beef. It must be washed, cleaned of hard films, cut into large pieces and chopped into a meat grinder. After this, the resulting mince should be put in a deep saucepan, pepper, salt and pour a little water. In such a composition, it is desirable to extinguish the meat for 10 minutes.
