What is so delicious is a mushroom soup, especially if it is made from fresh gifts of nature. Personally, I'm a big and even inveterate mushroom picker, so I'm always looking forward to the season. And then…. Then I begin to create culinary masterpieces. Some of the collected mushrooms go to the seas, part of the fry and eat with potatoes, and still cook soup. Today, I just tell you about how to make a mushroom soup, which your household can hardly resist.

How to cook mushroom soup: prepare food

Actually, there are no big secrets in the preparation of this wonderful soup. There are a lot of good recipes, which will not be difficult to find. I, having gained experience from my mother and father-in-law, a great lover of mushroom soups, cook for my family exclusively at home, without any great delights.

So, at the time of the mushroom season, you can cook this soup. To do this, take a gram of four hundred fresh mushrooms. The difference between fresh, frozen and dried is, I can say for sure. What kind of fresh mushrooms are suitable for soup? You can take honey mushrooms, white, boletus, and preferably those mushrooms that you really love. Further from the products we will need: one carrot, five medium potatoes, one onion, salt, greens. In order to give the soup a rich taste, you can take a small amount of soy sauce (preferably mushroom), but this is already an amateur.

How to cook mushroom soup

First of all, the mushrooms need to be cleaned, then pour water and put on fire. Once they boil, you need to cook a little and drain the water. Mushrooms, if desired, can be lightly fried in vegetable oil, but this is not necessary. The most important thing is to pre-cook the mushrooms, so that all of them are harmful.

Now about the broth. The people say that mushrooms - this is the second meat, so during cooking soup you can do without any pits. But if you want to get a rich soup, then put the meat still, worse from it just will not. Put a fleshy bone into the pan and cook it until it is ready. Then remove the bone, and put the mushrooms in the broth, continue cooking the soup further. At this time, let on a frying pan onions and carrots, cut into cubes potatoes. The latter is poured into the mushrooms, to taste salt, add seasonings. Add the roast for a few minutes before cooking. If desired, pour a small amount of soy sauce. Serving on the table, decorate the soup with herbs and season with sour cream.

In our family in such a mushroom soup is added millet. Especially if the mushrooms used are the chanterelles. It turns out very tasty.

How to cook mushroom soup with beans

In general, if you want, you can show your imagination and cook your mushroom soup with cream or any other ingredients. I also want to tell you about how to cook mushroom soup with beans.

Take a gram of 250 fresh mushrooms (here you can also use frozen, if in any other way). You will also need five potatoes, one onion, one carrot, a can of canned beans (in your own juice), three liters of broth, dill, bay leaf, salt, pepper.

Preparation: cut the mushrooms into slices, pour them into the prepared broth, cook for forty minutes. Then add the chopped potatoes, pepper and salt to taste, a couple of lavras. Boil the soup until ready, but somewhere 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add onions and carrots pre-fried in vegetable oil, as well as beans and dill. Serve on the table with sour cream.

That's how you can cook a delicious, and most importantly hearty mushroom soup. In fact, cooking is even easier than the same borscht. In the end, I want to note that if you want to make any other soup more tasty, do not be too lazy to add a small amount of dried mushrooms to it. Believe, with a pleasant taste you will not lose.
