Adjika is soft

Pour in the same 0.5 liters of sunflower oil and 100 ml of vinegar 9% (or 130-150 ml of 6%). Then put on your plate adzhika from a tomato. Another delicious recipe for how to cook a knife from tomatoes suggests that you focus not only on tomatoes, but also on apples. The main component, tomato, will require 1.5 kg, apples (preferably Simirenko), carrots, sweet peppers (preferably red) - 0.5 kg. Garlic take a gram of 300-350, bitter pepper - a couple of pods. As usual, all components are prepared, sent to a meat grinder and then to a kozanok or pot. Pour in the oils (0.5 liters) - the homemade adzhika from the tomato should be well protomitsya on a small fire. Extinguish it for two hours, no less. Do not forget to get in the way!
