Roll of yeast dough with cottage cheese: recipe

The first stage of preparation

A roll of yeast dough with cottage cheese is prepared in several steps. The process begins with the preparation of the test. To do this, you need the following ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 230 ml of milk;
  • 70 grams of granulated sugar;
  • 30 grams of dry yeast;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 50 grams of margarine;
  • a pinch of salt.

Take the middle bowl, sift the flour into it. So the baking turns out to be more gentle, soft and airy. In addition, sieving helps to get rid of unnecessary lumps. For the test, only flour of higher grades, fine grind and preferably a well-proven brand is used.

In a small saucepan, pour the milk and put it on the middle fire for just one minute, then set aside. The contents will be poured into a deep bowl and check the temperature. Milk should in no case be hot, because then the yeast can curdle, and the dough will not work.

Yeast is cut into pieces and sent to milk, gently stirring with a tablespoon, completely dilute them.

Margarine lay out on a cutting board and cut into small portions with a knife. To roll the yeast dough with cottage cheese it turned out to be successful, margarine should be set aside for heating to room temperature (this is an important condition for baking).

In a bowl with milk and yeast, add sugar, salt, egg. There we will send already heated pieces of margarine. Hand-whisked everything thoroughly to a homogeneous mass. For its preparation, you need cottage cheese (with home-made pastries it will turn out more delicious), sugar and eggs. If desired, in the filling, you can add dried fruits, vanillin, cinnamon or nuts.

500-600 grams of cottage cheese will be rubbed with sugar (to taste) with a wooden spoon. To the received weight we shall add 2 eggs, additives, all well we mix.

Form a roll with cottage cheese from yeast dough

The kitchen table will be slightly tamped with flour and we will lay out the finished dough on it. Several more times we will knead it with our hands to get rid of the carbon dioxide produced as a result of yeast fermentation. Take the rolling pin and roll the dough into a 1-centimeter flat cake. With the help of a tablespoon we will lay out ready-made stuffing on it.

Then wrap the dough with a roll, you can start from any edge. Immediately send the oven in no hurry, first put it on a baking tray, pre-oiled with vegetable (you can make a baking paper) and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
