Lasagne with chicken and mushrooms, cheese and ham

One of the most popular Italian dishes is lasagna. Lasagne sheets are sold in ordinary shops, but still, before cooking, you must read the instructions on the package, as they can be sold in different forms. Perhaps they will have to be boiled or used in their original form.

Lasagne with chicken and mushrooms


  • Lasagna - 4-6 leaves;
  • Chicken - 1 carcass;
  • White wine - 300 g;
  • Onion - a pair of pieces;
  • Celery - 1 stem;
  • butter;
  • Garlic - 2 slices;

  • Flour - 3 table spoons;
  • Cream - 1 glass;
  • Pepper, salt.

It is necessary to cut the chicken in half, then pour 1 liter of water and half the wine. Then add salt, celery, bell pepper and cook until done on a low heat. After that, chicken cool, separate the meat from the bones and cut it into cubes. Now fry everything in oil and add chopped mushrooms. All this fry about 6 minutes, then add the flour and fry for about 4 minutes. Now lightly cool everything and pour the broth, the wine (which is left) and boil until thick. Remove from heat, add cheese, cream, greens and mix everything. Now it is necessary to weld lasagna sheets in salt water, then lower into cold water.

In the baking dish, pour a little sauce and lay a layer of lasagna, top of the chicken meat and pour everything with sauce. Rotate the layers 3-4 times, then pour the top layer of sauce and sprinkle a little cheese. Bake for about 46 minutes at 220 degrees. Lasagne with chicken and mushrooms is ready! Serve the dish in a hot form.

Lasagne with cheese and ham in "Bechamel" sauce

Products for cooking:

  • Leaves of lasagna - 300 g;
  • Tomatoes - 0.8 kg;
  • Ham - 0.6 kg;
  • Cheese - 250 g;
  • Garlic - 3 slices;
  • Onion - a pair of pieces;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Salt, pepper, herbs.

For the preparation of Béchamel sauce:

  • Butter - 120 g;
  • Flour - 5 table spoons;
  • Milk - 1 l;
  • Pepper, salt.

Garlic and onions must be crumbled finely. Cut the ham into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Then fry the sliced garlic and onions in vegetable oil. Then add to them tomatoes and chopped greens. All this fry about 14 minutes. Grate the cheese on the grater.

Let's start cooking the Béchamel sauce. To do this, melt butter, add flour to it and fry it a little. Then pour the milk, add salt, pepper and boil, while stirring all the time. When the sauce thickens, then it is ready.

Now take the form for baking and lay out the sheets of lasagna. Then we pour a little sauce on them, spread half the ham and pour half of the remaining sauce. You must sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top. After that, again put the sheets of lasagna and all the remaining ingredients in the same order. Cover the top with lasagna sheets. Bake the dish at 190 grains for about 42 minutes.

When the lasagna is ready, it is necessary to remove it from the oven and put on it tomatoes, cut into pieces. Then sprinkle the remaining cheese and place the rach in the oven (minutes at 8-10). After that, lasagna should be cut into portions.

Lasagna with mushrooms and salad


  • Lasagna - about 15 plates;
  • Tomatoes - up to 1 kg;
  • Lettuce green - 200 g;
  • Garlic - a pair of lobules;
  • Onion - a pair of pieces;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Pepper, salt;
  • Flour - 50 g;
  • butter;
  • Milk - 750 g;
  • Mushrooms - 450 g;
  • Cheese - 230 g;
  • Nutmeg, basil dry.

It should be noted that this recipe is almost the same as lasagna with chicken and mushrooms. Only without chicken meat and with the addition of salad leaves.

First you need to cut the tomatoes into slices. Grind the garlic and put it in vegetable oil. Now cut the salad leaves and mix with garlic, add pepper, salt. All this put out a few minutes. Then fry the flour in a small amount of butter, while pouring the milk. This way you will get a great sauce, which you need to fill with pepper, salt, nutmeg. Now take the baking mold and lubricate with butter, and then place the lasagna sheets in it. Top with layers of mushrooms, pour sauce, sprinkle with cheese, again lay out the sheets of lasagna, then put the salad, pour sauce, again lasagna, tomatoes, sauce and cheese. All this is covered with lasagna sheets and poured with the remaining sauce. Bake for about 43 minutes at 190 degrees.

As you can see, lasagna with mushrooms, the recipe of which is very simple, is prepared quite quickly. In addition, there are many different ways to prepare this dish with the addition of chicken, ham and other ingredients.
