The thickness can be selected according to their desires and the further use of pita bread. The frying pan should be warmed up and lightly oiled with sunflower oil. Variant on yogurt

Lavash, baked with this recipe, will turn out softer. Required products:

- kefir in the amount of 1 cup;

- vegetable oil 1 tbsp. L .;

- flour 2.5 glasses;

- Soda 0,5 tsp;

- salt to taste.

In a prepared bowl, pour a slightly warmed kefir, there add the necessary amount of vegetable oil, salt and soda. Sift the flour through a sieve and add to the rest of the products. Knead the dough, cover and set aside for half an hour. Then knead the dough again and divide into portions. Each of them roll out into a very thin cake and quickly fry, using a well-heated frying pan without oil. Soda should not be extinguished, it will make the sour-milk products that make up the test.
