After 16 minutes, as the dough is standing, you need to roll out a thin sheet of it, which then folded in 16 times. Then form a thin noodle, which is cooked in salt water. Then rinse with cold water.

After that, take care of the dish itself. To do this, you need to rinse and cut into pieces of vegetables: onions, peppers, carrots, radishes. Cut the meat into small pieces, and grate the tomatoes. Now in a saucepan, fry them for 9 minutes, then add chopped garlic, grated tomatoes and pieces of beef. All this sprinkle with spices, salt and pour broth. Boil for about 6 minutes over a low heat. Now add the potatoes, sliced and bring everything to readiness. Put the noodles on the plates and pour the prepared mixture of broth, vegetables and meat. How to cook lagman in Tatar?

This recipe is made from lamb meat. Ingredients:

  • Noodles for lagman - 320 g;
  • Lamb - 360 g;
  • Tomatoes - 270 g;

  • Sweet pepper - 3-4 pieces;
  • greenery;
  • Pepper, salt.

The recipe for noodles for lagman was considered in the previous recipe. You can also buy already ready and boil it, if desired. Hot noodles must be washed with water and mixed with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. And water, where noodles were cooked, will be useful for further use, so it must be drained and set aside for a while.

Now you should wash the lamb and cut into slices. If you find fatty pieces, they need to be laid out on the bottom of the pot, in which the dish will be prepared, and melt. Fry with them meat, then add chopped vegetables - pepper, onions, carrots. Then peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, then place them in a saucepan. After this, season everything with pepper, salt and simmer for about 12 minutes. Now put the grated tomatoes and pour the broth, which was cooked noodles. When all the ingredients are ready, remove the dish from the fire. Put the noodles on plates and pour broth with vegetables and lamb. The real lagman is served hot.
