Recipe for cooking tiramisu

We take 6 eggs, We separate the yolks and beat them to a homogeneous consistency with 1 glass of sugar. In this mixture, add 400 grams of fatty sour cream and a few grams of wine. Next, add the whipped whipped proteins.
