  2. We need a dish for the dough, which is quite deep, in which we measure all the ingredients dry: starch and soda, salt and sugar, vanillin and flour (we do not pour it all at once, but leave half a cup to add later during cooking). All mix thoroughly.
  3. In the second container we measure less all of the liquid products: water and oil, lemon juice.
  4. To dry add liquid. We knead the dough, pouring the left flour. For a long time, it will not be necessary to knead, since it leaves layered. When the dough does not stick to the table and to the hands, it skates well - it's ready.
  5. Then roll out the dough sheet thinner (thickness 3 millimeters). Cut out the fragment for the bottom of the pie, transfer it to the baking tray for the oven, cut off the hanging edges.

Preparing the "American"

  1. The first step is to prepare pumpkin puree. Pumpkin is cleaned and cut into large pieces. Send it to the oven and bake at 200 degrees until it is completely ready (it should be easily pierced with a fork or knife and have a baked crust).
  2. Then we prepare the dough. Melt butter, add sugar. Then there is sour cream. All carefully mix.
  3. We introduce flour (very gradually). The mass should be very soft, oily, and do not stick to your hands.
  4. Knead the dough with your hands. When it reaches the necessary consistency, we distribute it in shape, making small edges on the edges. It turned out to be very oily, so you do not need to pre-lubricate the mold (you can lay parchment for baking, then it's easier to get).
  5. We send the future cake to the oven (200 degrees) for 10 minutes.
  6. We make the filling. In a large bowl we mix mashed potatoes with condensed milk, curd with mango, add spices.
  7. We take the form with a layer of dough, we pour in a neatly stuffing there and send it back to the oven for another half an hour at a lower temperature (160-180 degrees). Sweet pastry without eggs is ready. We take out of the oven, we cool it slightly and serve it to the table.
