In the meantime, let's take care of the oil. It will take another as much - 250 g. We rub it on a large grater, we add half a glass of flour. We put it in the refrigerator.

Take out the oil lump, smash it with your hands right through the bag, also forming a square. Roll with a rolling pin. This square should be so large that its tops reach the middle of the sides of the square of the dough. Take it out of the bag and put it in a diamond. The edges of the dough wrap so that their tops meet in the middle of the diamond. Repeat the folding of the corners another 2-3 times, then turn the dough and roll with a rolling pin. Do the procedure again. If the dough begins to melt and stick, let him "rest" in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Now turn the square just in half, side to side, and roll 3 more times. Before forming again refrigerate.

Especially good puffs with jam, the recipe of which is based on the whole home. The jam can be made from apples, cherries, plums, raspberries, apricots or a mixture of fruits. It is convenient to do this in the bread maker, then the process will take quite a bit of time. If you plan to cook a jam on the stove, tackle it on the eve, so that it will cool down sufficiently. Take a glass of sliced fruit or berries, fill with sugar (2/3 cup). Leave for an hour, then put on a slow fire. Bring to a boil and turn off. After cooling, repeat. Gem is cooked 3-4 times. At the end, blend with a blender, boil again and allow to cool well.
